PHILADELPHIA — An individual is suing B&D Builders LLC for alleged breach of contract.
Lisa Van Horn filed a complaint on March 27 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, alleging that the defendant failed to perform all the work that it allegedly had agreed to perform on her property.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she was damaged financially due to the inappropriate and poorly performed work that allegedly was done on her property. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to properly finish the work on her property, including allegedly failing to paint and install handrail and patch holes in drywall.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount to be determined at trial, treble damages, court costs and any further relief this court grants. She is represented by Daniel J. Dugan of Spector Gadon & Rosen P.C. in Philadelphia.
