PHILADELPHIA — A company is suing Hudson Palmer Homes Inc. for alleged breach of contract.
Probuild Company LLC d/b/a Builders FirstSource filed a complaint on March 27 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, alleging that the defendant failed to pay it for materials it allegedly sent.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it sustained financial damages due to allegedly not being paid for the materials. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to pay the invoices it was sent for the construction supplies.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $127,885.42 plus interest, court costs and any further relief this court grants. The plaintiff is represented by Dean E. Weisgold and Leonard A. Windish of Dean E. Weisgold P.C. in Philadelphia.
