PITTSBURGH — An individual is suing Forest Glen Condominium Association Inc., Alfonso & Son Landscaping & Lawn Service Inc. and Lark's Lawn & Landscape Inc. for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.

Patricia Randecker filed a complaint on April 3 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, alleging that the defendants failed to keep their premises reasonably safe.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she slipped and fell on May 16 while she allegedly was walking her dog, which allegedly caused her to sustain physical injuries. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to remove chemicals and lawn treatment materials that allegedly were sprayed on the lawn area or warn her about the hazardous condition.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount that exceeds $35,000 plus interest and court costs. She is represented by Michael F. Santicola of Santicola, Steele & Fedeles P.C. in Beaver, Pa.
