Pittsburgh Transportation Group allegedly failed to take safety measures

PITTSBURGH — An individual is suing Liverpool LP d/b/a Pittsburgh Transportation Group for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.

Bryanna Gregg filed a complaint on April 3 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, alleging that the defendant failed to keep its premises reasonably safe.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she tripped and fell on Oct. 29 due to a piece of metal that allegedly was protruding from the ground. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to warn her about the piece of metal that allegedly was protruding from the ground.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount that exceeds $35,000 plus court costs and any further relief this court grants. She is represented by Marc I. Simon of Simon & Simon P.C. in Pittsburgh.
