PITTSBURGH — An individual is suing Replay Foundation Inc. t/d/b/a Professional Amateur Pinball Association and Augusta Gregg LP for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.

Jill Jasik filed a complaint on April 5 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, alleging that the defendants failed to keep their premises reasonably safe.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she sustained serious physical injuries when she allegedly fell due to a large hole and/or uneven surface in a parking lot. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to keep their premises properly lit or provide adequate warnings about the hazardous condition of the parking lot.
