PITTSBURGH — Two companies are suing Vitmore Baum Holdings LP for alleged breach of contract.
Ollie PA 5522 Baum LLC and Ollie Property Management LLC filed a complaint on April 5 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, alleging that the defendant failed to deliver a property to the master tenant.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that they were damaged financially due to allegedly being unable to operate the property and allegedly having their reputations damaged. The plaintiffs hold the defendant responsible for allegedly defaulting on their agreement.
The plaintiffs seek all damages incurred, plus disbursements, interest, court costs and any further relief this court grants. They are represented by Stanley J. Parker and Eric M. Spada of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC in Pittsburgh.
