PITTSBURGH — A company is suing Blue Knob Auto Group Inc., citing alleged trademark infringement.

Blue Knob Auto Sales Inc. filed a complaint on April 5 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, alleging that the defendant obtained profit through trademark infringement.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it has suffered irreparable damages as a result of the defendant allegedly infringing upon its registered trademarks.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant for monetary damages, all wrongfully derived profits, punitive damages, attorney’s fees, the costs of the suit and any further relief the court deems just. The plaintiff also seeks preliminary and permanent injunctions and is represented by Allen P. Neely, Sean M. Burke and Christopher T. Michelone of McQuaide Blasko Inc. in Hollidaysburg, Pa.
