PHILADELPHIA — A pest control technician is suing Aesling Corp., trading as Lethal Pest Solutions, Abater Buggsout and Joseph E. Curci for allegedly failing to properly compensate him for his work.

Jeffrey Mack filed a complaint on April 9 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, alleging that the defendants violated the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Pennsylvania Minimum Wage Act.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he suffered damages due to allegedly not receiving compensation for water-fill time, travel time, termite paperwork and unused lunch breaks. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to pay him for all the hours he worked and for allegedly failing to pay him overtime wages for working more than 40 hours per week.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks all unpaid wages, plus interest, attorney's fees, costs and any further relief the court deems appropriate. He is represented by Andrew S. Abramson of Abramson Employment Law LLC in Blue Bell, Pa.
