PITTSBURGH — A company is suing Venture Engineering & Construction Inc. and Fairmont Brine Processing for alleged breach of contract.
Tricor Industrial Inc. filed a complaint on April 12 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, alleging that the defendants failed to comply with their contractual obligations.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it provided fabrication services for the defendants' project, but the defendants allegedly failed to pay for the services. As a result of the defendants' alleged actions, the plaintiff allegedly incurred damages in the amount of $212,358.17.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants in the amount of $212,358.17, plus post-judgment interest and any other appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by Timothy B. Pettorini of Roetzel & Andress LPA in Akron, Ohio.
