HARRISBURG — A married couple is suing Howard Klein, a motorist, for alleged negligence.
Jennifer and Michael Johnson filed a complaint on April 17 in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, alleging that the defendant failed to operate his vehicle in a careful and prudent manner.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that Jennifer Johnson suffered injuries as a result of a car accident that the defendant allegedly caused. Michael Johnson also claims that he lost the companionship of his wife as a result of the accident.
The plaintiffs hold the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to stop at a stop sign, yield the right of way, keep a proper lookout and take evasive action to avoid the accident.
The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek judgment in an amount that exceeds $75,000 and any other relief that the court deems just and proper. They are represented by Richard A. Godshall, Andrew J. Sciolla and Ryan R. Jablonski of Ostroff Injury Law PC in Plymouth Meeting.
