PHILADELPHIA — An individual is suing her former employer, the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, for alleged racial discrimination, retaliation and wrongful termination.
Scharletta McNeil filed a complaint on April 26 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, alleging that the defendant violated the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.
