PITTSBURGH - A patient is suing West Penn Allegheny Health System Inc., doing business as Forbes Hospital, and Dr. Terrence Julien. alleging that insufficient measures were taken to prevent the patient's injuries.

John Petersen filed a complaint May 9 in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas, claiming that the defendants breached their duties to provide medical care and treatment within the applicable standard of care.
