PITTSBURGH — A manager is suing former employer A&R Solutions and related entities, citing alleged breach of contract and unjust enrichment.

Ben Lago filed a complaint July 26 in the Allegheny County Courts of Common Pleas, alleging that the defendants violated the Pennsylvania Wage Payment and Collection Act.

According to the complaint, between May 2017 and August 2017 and in some weeks between Sept. 1, 2017 until his termination on March 30, the plaintiff allegedly did not receive any wages.

At the time he was terminated, Lago claims the defendants owed him approximately $60,000 in unpaid wages.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks a judgment in an amount in excess of $55,000, plus liquidated damages, attorney's fees, costs and other relief. He is represented by Steven Erwin and Megan Smith of Leech Tishman Fuscaldo & Lampl LLC in Pittsburgh.
