BLANK ROME: Blank Rome Welcomes New Consumer Finance Associate in Philadelphia

Blank Rome issued the following announcement on Aug. 30.

Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Debra Djupman Warring has joined the Firm’s Philadelphia office as an associate in the Consumer Finance Litigation group, which welcomed Brian P. Blake as an associate in the Washington, D.C., office last month.

Debra is an accomplished attorney with 10 years of civil litigation experience. As a member of Blank Rome’s Consumer Financial Services team, Debra will counsel her clients on a variety of consumer finance litigation matters, including disputes under TILA, RESPA, FCRA, ECOA and FDCPA, TCPA, state law UDAP claims, and a variety of common law claims.

Debra is skilled in independently handling all facets of the litigation process as well as experienced in representing mortgage servicers, banks, and other financial institutions in federal and state court matters. Prior to joining Blank Rome, she practiced for several years at a large Philadelphia law firm where she litigated consumer financial services claims, contract disputes, business torts, and product liability matters.

Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Debra earned her J.D., cum laude, from the Temple University Beasley School of Law where she was a staff member of the Temple Law Review. She received her B.A. in Political Science, summa cum laude, from Gettysburg College.
