Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads issued the following announcement on Sept. 25.
Montgomery McCracken is pleased to announce the addition of Joseph Monahan to its Litigation Department. Joseph will serve as of counsel in the firm’s Philadelphia office. He focuses his practice on commercial litigation, business torts, insurance coverage and bad faith matters, class actions, and real estate disputes.
Joseph has represented real estate developers, real estate agents, mortgage companies, insurers, reinsurers, insurance brokers, major universities and professional practices, among others, in all manner of disputes, throughout the multiple phases of litigation and appeal.
Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, Joseph was a member at a local Philadelphia law firm and a partner at a large mid-Atlantic firm.
Joseph earned his J.D. degree, cum laude, from University of Wisconsin Law School where he was a member of the Order of the Coif. He received a B.A. degree in History from Boston College.
