STRADLEY RONON STEVENS & YOUNG: Bruce Leto and Chris Rosenbleeth Named to Philadelphia Business Journal’s “Best of the Bar” List

Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young issued the following announcement on Oct. 26.

Stradley Ronon Partners Bruce G. Leto and Christopher W. Rosenbleethwere selected to the Philadelphia Business Journal’s list of “2018 Best of the Bar: Philadelphia’s Top Lawyers.” The award recognizes attorneys who, within the last year, have distinguished themselves in their specialties. The nominations were evaluated based on recent achievements of legal significance, the size of the results and the business impact of their work. Leto was honored in the corporate (M&A, finance, securities, investment management) category and Rosenbleeth was recognized in the real estate (development, zoning) category.

Leto is co-chair of Stradley Ronon’s Investment Management Group, one of the premier investment management practices in the country, representing investment company clients with more than 1,500 separate series/funds and assets under management exceeding $2 trillion. Under his leadership, the group has expanded in size from 10 to more than 60 investment management attorneys, becoming the largest such practice in Philadelphia, and one of the largest nationwide. Consistently acknowledged in the market as one of the top registered-funds lawyers in the United States, Leto also serves on Stradley Ronon’s board of directors and its management committee, as well as on the advisory board of BoardIQ, an industry publication that addresses issues confronting investment company independent directors. He is also a member of the outside counsel advisory group of the Investment Company Institute, the leading global association of regulated funds.

Rosenbleeth is chair of Stradley Ronon’s Real Estate Practice Group. He represents banks and other lenders, equity investors, developers, real estate investment trusts (REITs), corporate clients, and strategic and financial investors in their real estate, finance and investment activities. Rosenbleeth advises clients in connection with projects in all parts of the country and, in particular, around the Greater Philadelphia metropolitan area.
