PHILADELPHIA — A woman is suing Spin Philadelphia, citing alleged negligence.

Irina Agurok filed a complaint on Oct. 23 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against the defendants, alleging they breached their duty to maintain their business premises in a reasonably safe condition.
