PHILADELPHIA — A man with a disability is suing Futura Mobility LLC, a former employer, citing alleged disability discrimination, retaliation and wrongful termination.

Kyree Bing filed a complaint on Oct. 26 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Futura Mobility LLC, alleging the former employer violated the American with Disabilities Act and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Nov. 14, 2016, he was terminated from his employment without reason. He has allegedly suffered loss of employment, promotion and benefits, mental anguish, emotional distress, humiliation and damage to reputation. The plaintiff holds Futura Mobility LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly terminated his employment because of his disability and in retaliation for requesting accommodation.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages of not less than $150,000, costs, disbursements, interest, attorney's fees and such other just and equitable relief. He is represented by Michael Murphy of Murphy Law Group LLC in Philadelphia.

The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Case No. is 2:18-cv-04616-TJS.
