Dilworth Paxson LLP has been honored for both national and metropolitan rankings by U.S. News & World Report and Best Lawyers® “Best Law Firms” for 2019. This marks the fourth consecutive year the Firm has been recognized. The rankings are based on a rigorous evaluation process that includes the collection of client and lawyer evaluations, peer review from leading attorneys in their field, and review of additional information provided by law firms as part of the formal submission process. Receiving a tier designation reflects the high level of respect a firm has earned among lawyers and clients in their communities and practice areas.
Dilworth was named a Metropolitan Tier 1 “Best Law Firm” in Philadelphia for three practice areas by U.S. News & World Report and Best Lawyers® for 2019. Those practice areas are Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights / Insolvency and Reorganization Law; Litigation – Bankruptcy; and Trust & Estates Law. The Firm also received Metropolitan Tier 1 recognition in the Litigation – Construction practice area in New Jersey.
The Firm was ranked a Metropolitan Tier 2 “Best Law Firm” for three practice areas in Philadelphia, which surpasses 2018’s total of one. Ranked along with Public Finance Law, were Litigation – Construction, and Corporate Law. The Firm’s Cherry Hill, New Jersey office earned their designations in Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights / Insolvency and Reorganization Law; and Construction Law. Additionally, Dilworth’s Philadelphia office received a Metropolitan Tier 3 ranking for the Litigation – Antitrust and Health Care Law practice areas. The New York office once again received a Metropolitan Tier 3 ranking for the Litigation – Patent practice area.
Dilworth was also honored among law firms across the country, earning a National Tier 2 “Best Law Firm” ranking in the practice areas of Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights / Insolvency and Reorganization Law; and Public Finance Law, in addition to a National Tier 3 recognition in Corporate Law; Litigation – Bankruptcy; Litigation – Construction; and Trusts & Estates Law.
