Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads issued the following announcement on Nov. 20.
Montgomery McCracken is pleased to announce the addition of two associates to the firm’s Philadelphia office. Kelly K. Huff and Robert E. Day have joined the Litigation Department.
Kelly focuses her practice on the banking, financial services, healthcare and insurance industries. Kelly has experience advising corporate clients on contract disputes, the prosecution and defense of claims under the Uniform Commercial Code, lender liability, subpoena responses, and litigating class actions. She practices in both federal and state court at the trial and appellate levels. Kelly also counsels companies on compliance with consumer protection statutes, state and federal employment laws, employee benefits issues, and health care reform requirements. Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, Kelly was an associate at an international law firm.
Robert recently earned his J.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law where he served as the Articles Editor for the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law. Before joining Montgomery McCracken, Robert was a Law Clerk to the Honorable Edith Clement in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in New Orleans, Louisiana. He also served as a law clerk for the Honorable Mitchel Ostrer of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division, and for the Honorable Mary C. Jacobson of the New Jersey Vicinage 7 Superior Court.
