Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP issued the following announcement on Dec. 14.
The Independent Regulatory Review Commission (IRRC) recently recognized and awarded Lawrence J. Tabas, current Chair for Obermayer’s Health Care Law Department and Election Law Practice Group, for his years of dedicated service to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Lawrence is the former Commissioner of the IRRC, serving from 2011-2015 as an appointee of The Honorable Thomas W. Corbett, Jr., who was Pennsylvania’s governor during that time.
He received a plaque from the Commission to commemorate his years there.
