PHILADELPHIA — A man is suing Space Coast Marketing LLC, citing alleged violation of telephone harassment statutes.

Andrew R. Perrong filed a complaint on Dec. 21 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against the defendants, alleging violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Nov. 27, 2018, he began receiving calls on his cellular telephone from defendants, for which he is charged for each call. As a result of defendants' actions, he was deprived of legitimate use of his phone and he wasted energy and stress in answering a call, he says.

The plaintiff says the defendant made repeated calls using an automatic telephone dialing system and artificial or prerecorded voice.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks all damages, with interest, costs and such other and further relief that the court may deem proper.

The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Case No. is 2:18-cv-05510-GAM.
