Ogletree Deakins issued the following announcement on Jan. 30.
Ogletree Deakins, one of the largest labor and employment law firms representing management, has named new leadership for its ODBAR (Black Attorney Resource Group) and ODA3 (Asian American Attorney Group) business resource groups. Elizabeth Ebanks and Rodney Moore will co-chair ODBAR. Caroline Tang will co-chair ODA3 with Greg Cheng, who continues in his role as co-chair. The new leaders were announced during Ogletree Deakins’ annual Shareholders Meeting.
Ogletree Deakins’ business resource groups (BRG) serve to recruit, develop, retain, and advance BRG members by creating and fostering an environment of inclusiveness focusing on business development, educational awareness, retention initiatives, and advancement opportunities that positively impact the groups’ attorneys.
In addition to ODBAR and ODA3, Ogletree Deakins’ business resource groups include:

ODAlliance (LGBTQ attorneys’ BRG) – Adam Pankratz and Natalie Turner
ODFamily (supporting parents transitioning back to work) – Trina Ricketts Le Riche and Kelly Hughes
ODWIN (Ogletree Deakins Women’s Initiative) – Kerri Reisdorff
