'Order Upon Consideration Of Receiver William T. Hangley's Motion For Summary Relief In The Nature Of Replevin (doc. No. 2 ), It Is Hereby Ordered That: Defendants Aez Rent A Car Llc And Yitzchok M. Birnhack Shall Respond To The Receiver's Replevin Motion (doc. No. 2 ) No Later Than February 15, 2019; 2. A Hearing As To Whether This Court Should Grant The Relief Sought In The Receiver's Replevin Motion Will Be Held At 3:30 P.m. On Thursday February 21, 2019 In Courtroom 14a, James A. Byrne United States Courthouse, 601 Market Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; 3. Defendants And Any Lessee Or Third Party In Possession Of Any Of The Vehicles Identified In The Receiver's Replevin Motion Are Hereby Enjoined From Moving, Transporting, Transferring, Leasing, Selling, Or Renting The Vehicles Or Any Proceeds Thereof Pending Further Order Of The Court; 4. The Defendants And Any Third Party In Possession Or Lessee Shall Maintain The Vehicles At Issue In A Secure Location To Preserve Their Value Pending Further Order Of The Court, And Retain Any Proceeds Of Said Vehicles In An Account Separate From Other Funds; And 5.
