The U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania reported the following activity in the suit brought by United States of America and Pamela Lynn Scalamogna against Steel Valley Ambulance, John T. Jumba, Patricia Jumba, John J. Jumba and Lori Jumba on Jan. 14: 'Order. Pursuant To Chief Judge Mark R. Hornak's Standing Order Entered At Misc. No. 18-1248 On December 26, 2018, This Action Is Stayed And Administratively Closed In Light Of The Lapse Of Federal Appropriation. The Stay And Administrative Closure Shall Continue Until Further Notice Of The Court. Administrative Closings Are A Familiar Way In Which Courts Remove Cases From Their Active Files Without Final Adjudication. Administrative Closure Is A Docket Control Device Used By The Court For Statistical Purposes, And It Does Not Prejudice The Rights Of The Parties In Any Manner.
