Former Borough of Upland employee claims he wasn't paid for overtime work

MEDIA — A man is seeking damages, claiming he was regularly not paid for overtime work.

Gregory Grillone filed a complaint Feb. 28 in the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas against the Borough of Upland.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff worked for more than 40 hours a week on a regular basis for the borough, but was not paid appropriately for the hours worked.

The defendant is accused of breach of contract.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Polly Phillippi of Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP.
