Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce the firm received a perfect score on the 2019 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), the nation’s premier benchmarking survey and report on corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ workplace equality.
Administered by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation, the CEI evaluates LGBTQ-related policies and practices including nondiscrimination workplace protections, domestic partner benefits, transgender-inclusive health care benefits, competency programs and public engagement with the LGBTQ community.
Fox’s efforts in satisfying all of the CEI’s criteria resulted in a 100 percent ranking and the designation as a Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality.
The firm’s Diversity Committee spearheads initiatives to promote firmwide diversity and inclusiveness, including the LGBTQ & Allies Initiative. Co-chaired by Yesenia M. Gallegos, William H. Stassen and Prince Altee Thomas, the initiative is dedicated to ensuring that Fox is a welcoming workplace for all and that the Fox family, the legal community, law students and the larger community see the firm as a model of inclusiveness and acceptance.
