Law firm alleges Northampton County General Purpose Authority owes more than $160,000

PHILADELPHIA – A New Jersey law firm alleges a Northampton County municipal authority failed to pay it for services it provided.

Norris McLaughlin PA filed a complaint on March 28 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Northampton County General Purpose Authority alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff provided services to the defendant from December 2017 to July 2018. The plaintiff alleges it issued the services agreed upon but the defendant has failed to pay the plaintiff for the work completed in the balance of $160,005.45.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by Emil Giordano of Cohen Feeley Altemose & Rambo of Bethlehem.
