'Order. For The Reasons Stated In The Court's 95 Memorandum Opinion Of This Day, Plaintiffs' 88 Motion To Voluntarily Dismiss Is Granted In Part And Denied In Part As Follows: 1. Count One (violation Of The Defendant Trade Secrets Act Asserted Against Both Defendants Andrew Powers ("powers") And Trc Global Mobility, Inc. ("trc")) Is Hereby Dismissed With Prejudice. 2. Count Three (violation Of The Pennsylvania Uniform Trade Secrets Act Asserted Against Defendant Powers) Is Hereby Dismissed With Prejudice. 3. Count Four (unfair Competition Asserted Against Powers) Is Hereby Dismissed With Prejudice. 4. Count Five (violation Of The Pennsylvania Uniform Trade Secrets Act Asserted Against Defendant Trc) Is Hereby Dismissed With Prejudice. 5. Count Six (unfair Competition Asserted Against Defendant Trc) Is Hereby Dismissed With Prejudice. 6. Count Seven (tortious Interference With Existing And Prospective Contractual Relations Against Defendant Trc) Is Hereby Dismissed With Prejudice. The Motion Is Denied In All Other Respect. Count Two (breach Of Contract Against Defendant Powers) Is The Sole Remaining Claim In This Case. The Court Retains Subject-matter Jurisdiction Of This Claim Pursuant To 28 U.s.c. 1367(c)(3). Defendant Trc Is Hereby Terminated From This Action. This Court's February 14, 2019, 87 Order Is Hereby Vacated To The Extent A Deadline Was Imposed For The Filing Of A Motion For Attorneys' Fees. As One Claim Remains, No Such Court-imposed Deadline Exists At This Time, And This Order Is Without Prejudice To Any Party Bringing Motions For Attorneys' Fees And Litigation Costs At The Appropriate Time.
