Tucker Arensberg, P.C. is pleased to announce that J. Andrew Salemme and Ashley S. Wagner recently joined the firm in the Pittsburgh office. Andrew is a member of the Litigation Department and Ashley is a member of the Business & Finance Department.
Andrew concentrates his practice in litigation. After graduation from law school, he clerked for the Court of Common Pleas in Washington County. He then worked for Honorable Mary Jane Bowes of the Pennsylvania Superior Court. While working for the Pennsylvania Superior Court, Andrew provided legal research and writing assistance in criminal law and post-conviction relief matters. He assisted in drafting over 600 decisions, including over 70 published cases.
Andrew earned his Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law, cum laude and was the Associate Comment Editor of the Duquesne Law Review. Andrew received his undergraduate degree from Susquehanna University, magna cum laude.
Ashley is an associate in the firm’s Business & Finance Department and concentrates her practice in the areas of business succession planning, corporate, commercial real estate, and municipal and zoning law. Her clients call on her to represent them in corporate formations, site acquisitions, zoning applications, employment contract reviews, and asset purchase agreements. In addition, Ashley services as Solicitor to the Baldwin Borough Zoning Hearing Board.
Ashley earned her Juris Doctor from the Duquesne University School of Law, and was the Production Editor of the Duquesne Law Review and a member of Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity. She received her undergraduate degree from Elizabethtown College, cum laude.
