MEDIA – A woman has filed suit against a Swarthmore church over allegations poorly lit steps caused a fall.
Margaret Coyne filed a complaint in May in the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas against Swarthmore Presbyterian Church and John Hoing alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges she was at the defendants' property and was caused to fall down some stone steps that were poorly lit. She alleges she was injured in the fall.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Brian J. Seidel in Mohnton.
