Consumer alleges NXR Global harassed him with unsolicited text message

PHILADELPHIA – A Pennsylvania man alleges a seller of subscription TV and video streaming services has harassed consumers in the state and country with telemarketing calls and text messages.

Daniel Esposito, individually and on behalf of all others similarly situated, filed a complaint on May 14 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Nutronix Revolution Inc., doing business as NXR Global, citing the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the Pennsylvania Telemarketer Registration Act.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges the defendant sent him a text message advertising its services on Oct. 17, 2018. The plaintiff alleges he is not a customer of the defendant and has not purchased or used any of its goods or services prior to filing the suit.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Shane T. Prince of Stephen P. DeNittis of DeNittis Osefchen Prince PC in Philadelphia.
