Momentum Solar accused of unlawful telemarketing calls; Plaintiff is represented by Miami lawyer

SCRANTON – A Pennsylvania man alleges he was harmed by a New Jersey solar panel seller and installer because of its unlawful telemarketing calls.

John Huber, individually and on behalf of all others similarly situated, filed a complaint on June 25 in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania against Pro Custom Solar LLC, doing business as Momentum Solar, alleging violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

According to the complaint, the defendant called the plaintiff four times in June to advertise its services. The plaintiff alleges he asked that the defendant stop calling on June 5, but the calls continued. The plaintiff also alleges that his number is registered on the National Do Not Call Registry and the calls were made without his consent.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Stefan Coleman of the Law Offices of Stefan Coleman PC in Miami.
