Fox Rothschild is pleased to welcome Ronald P. Kalyan Jr. to the firm’s Exton office as a partner in the Real Estate Department.
Kalyan was previously an attorney with the firm from 2005 to 2012.
“We are thrilled to welcome Ron back to our Chester County office,” said Todd A. Rodriguez, managing partner of Fox’s Exton office. “He is a skilled practitioner with experience representing both private and public entities in large-scale, complex development projects, and he has a particular fluency with commercial leasing and communication tower transactions.”
Kalyan advises clients in the full life cycle of commercial and residential real estate transactions. He represents clients in purchases, sales, leases and workouts, and leverages his background as a former land use planner and zoning officer to provide insightful representation for zoning relief and subdivision and land development approvals. He also represents commercial lenders in loan transactions, including construction, permanent and line-of-credit financing and loan restructuring workout matters.
Additionally, Kalyan offers general business counseling to clients on formation of real estate holding companies, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, financing and general employment issues.
He earned his J.D. from Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law and his B.A. from Columbia University.
