Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented Eastern Long Island Hospital (ELIH) in its recently announced affiliation with Stony Brook Medicine. The acquisition became official as of July 1, after four years of negotiating regulatory approval.
The multi-office Greenberg Traurig team that represented ELIH was led by Shareholder Whitney Magee Phelps in Albany, New York. She was assisted by shareholders Mindy B. Leathe in Miami, Benjamin M.
