The Pepper Hamilton deal team, led by John W. Jones Jr., advised Shields Health Solutions in connection with Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe's and Walgreen Co's equity investments in Shields Health Solutions. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
