Arnstein and Lehr LLP issued the following announcement on Dec. 12.
Jared Hawk has joined Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr as a partner in the Firm’s practices in Litigation and Energy.
Mr. Hawk is an experienced trial attorney who handles cases involving the oil and gas industry, product liability, mass torts, and commercial disputes. For more than a decade, Mr. Hawk has focused on representing exploration and production companies in the Marcellus and Utica Shale plays, including litigation involving bonus payments and royalties, lease invalidity claims, alleged property contamination and health effects from oil and gas drilling and production activities, and joint operating and other development agreements.

Mr. Hawk also serves as trial and appellate counsel for designers and manufacturers in product liability actions involving a diverse range of products. He also has significant experience litigating mass tort and complex commercial cases, including claims for injunctive relief, breach of contract, breach of warranty, nuisance, trespass, and violations of CERCLA and RCRA.
Mr. Hawk earned his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He also has a B.A. from Pennsylvania State University, The Behrend College, where he was a Schreyer Honors Scholar.
