On Wednesday, January 22, 2020, Robert Tomilson, member in the Philadelphia office, will take part in a webinar entitled “Active and Run Off Life & Health Reinsurance Issues,” sponsored by ARIAS U.S. Tomilson's portion of the program will concentrate on Medical Stop Loss Reinsurance.
The seminar will provide an arbitrator, in-house counsel, and outside counsel perspective on issues including:
Life Reinsurance Issues: an overview of hot topics giving rise to life re/insurance arbitrations, including: (i) YRT rate increases; (ii) jumbo violations; and (iii) STOLI.
