Bethlehem casino hit with slip-and-fall lawsuit

PHILADELPHIA — Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem is facing a negligence claim by a patron alleging she slipped on an object and suffered injuries.

Nermin Ceran filed a complaint April 21 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Las Vegas Sands Corp., doing business as Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem alleging negligence. 

Ceran was at the Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem on May 3, 2018. She alleges she fell and suffered injuries due to a "slippery object" that was on the floor. She claims she suffered injuries to her shoulder that required injections, surgery and physical therapy.

Ceran seeks monetary relief between $75,000 and $150,00, trial by jury and all other just relief. She is represented by Kevin Riechelson of Kamensky, Cohen. & Riechelson in Trenton, New Jersey.
