Ohio Valley Insulating Company Inc. against
Maryland Casualty Company on May 4: 'Order. This Case Has Been Stayed Since 1/8/19 To Allow The Parties To Engage In An Audit Of Historic Claims, (doc. 138). Since That Time, Numerous Requests For Extension Of The Stay Have Been Granted, (see Docs. 140, 142, 144, And 146) And The Court Is Now Concerned The Parties May Be Allowing This Case To Languish On Its Docket. Therefore, On Or Before 5/8/20, It Is Ordered That The Parties Shall File A Joint Status Report Notifying The Court Of The Progress Of The Audit, Any Mediation Efforts In Which They Have Engaged, Whether The Stay Will Need To Be Extended Further, And Whether They Anticipate A Jury Trial Will Be Required To Bring The Case To Resolution.
