Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP released Episode 3 of the Legal Environmental Insights Podcast, “Before Making Pandemic Response Products, Consider Environmental Regulations,” as part of its “Getting Through” mini-series focused on environmental concerns during the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic.
In Episode 3, Shareholder Jillian C. Kirn and Associate Candee Wilde, discuss best practices for companies responding to the significant demand for medical supplies as well as personal protective equipment and related products during the COVID-19 pandemic.
