Fox Rothschild LLP congratulates Ronald L. Williams, who was appointed to serve as Co-Chair of the Construction Litigation Committee for the American Bar Association Litigation Section. He will serve in the role for the 2020-2021 term.
Williams will work with Committee and Section leadership to provide members with valuable content on construction litigation topics as well as to coordinate programming for more than 2,100 construction litigators from diverse backgrounds, levels of experience, practices and geographical areas to promote professional growth and development.
As Co-Chair of Fox’s Construction Group, Williams focuses his practice on construction litigation and the negotiation of construction contracts. With more than 25 years of litigation experience, he has established a track record of success in prosecuting and defending construction defect claims against builders and developers, including claims involving structural components, product performance issues, water penetration and mold, and insurance coverage issues.
He earned his J.D. from Temple University School of Law and his B.A. from Georgetown University.
