Across the country, companies are resolving to increase diversity and inclusion in the workplace and fight racial inequality in American society through corporate commitments to decrease racial disparities, rethinking the composition of their workforce and suppliers, and increasing diversity among their boards of directors. These efforts will be driven by senior management, but also by activist shareholders, institutional investors, and other stakeholders.
