SAUL EWING ARNSTEIN & LEHR LLP: Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr Partners Jeffrey C. Hampton and Mark Minuti Win 2020 Mid-size Company Turnaround and Transaction of the Year Award

Saul Ewing Arnstein and Lehr LLP issued the following announcement on Aug. 12.

Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr announced today that partners Jeffrey C. Hampton and Mark Minuti are recipients of the 2020 Mid-Size Company Turnaround and Transaction of the Year Award from the Turnaround Management Association. Mr. Hampton and Mr. Minuti were recognized for their turnaround work on behalf of Coordinated Health. They will be recognized and celebrated for their achievements at IMPACT 2020: The TMA Experience, September 29-October 1.

The Turnaround Management Association (TMA) is the largest nonprofit serving corporate renewal and restructuring professionals worldwide. The professionals associated with these annual awards successfully navigated complex and challenging special situations, resulting in positive outcomes that preserved value, saved jobs, and demonstrated the power of collaborative and creative efforts to achieve a positive end. The TMA Turnaround and Transaction Awards are among the most prestigious and recognizable in the industry.

Mr. Hampton is Chair of Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr’s Bankruptcy and Restructuring Practice. He concentrates his practice on restructuring matters, including Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings, out-of-court workouts, loan restructurings, corporate reorganizations and general insolvency law. He also represents the purchasers of assets and business units of troubled or failing companies, both in and out of Chapter 11.

Mr. Minuti is Vice Chair of the Firm’s Bankruptcy and Restructuring Practice, and his practice includes the representation of debtors, unsecured creditors’ committees, equity committees, trustees, asset purchasers, landlords, secured and unsecured creditors in workouts, corporate restructurings and Chapter 11 proceedings, both in and out of Delaware. He also represents reorganized debtors, committees, trusts and creditors in sophisticated bankruptcy-related litigation, including preference actions and fraudulent conveyance actions.
