Bryant Andrews was named one of the Pittsburgh Business Times’ 30 under 30 for 2020. The award honors young, dynamic leaders who have made an impact on their industries and in their communities.
Andrews is an associate in Cozen O’Connor’s Labor & Employment Department, he defends and advises employers on a wide variety of employment and traditional labor matters. He investigates and responds to state and federal charges and complaints of harassment, retaliation, and discrimination, including those filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, and the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board. Additionally, he defends labor grievances and employment-related lawsuits arising from Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related state laws. He also provides on-site management and employee training on these matters, and drafts employee contracts, separation agreements, and employee handbooks.
