The Paycheck Protection Program, established by the CARES Act and implemented by the Small Business Administration with support from the U.S. Department of the Treasury, was designed to provide a direct incentive for small businesses to keep their workers on payroll. Our presenters will take a deeper dive into this loan program and its provisions and outline ways to stay on the right side of the inevitable fall-out, which can include bad press and investigations.
This program is part of a weekly webinar series dissecting current and potential areas of fraudulent activity within relief programs and pharmacotherapeutic innovation overseen by numerous government agencies in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
