On Election Day (Nov. 3, 2020), the U.S. public will choose a new President – but it will also elect members of the U.S. House of Representatives, and one-third of U.S. Senate seats will be up for grabs. The balance of power in state legislatures could also shift from one party to another, and up to five states are voting on cannabis ballot measures. Any of these events could bring dramatic change to the industry.
