ARCHER & GREINER PC: Archer Welcomes Three New Attorneys

Archer is pleased to welcome the addition of three new attorneys to the firm’s Philadelphia and Princeton offices. Lauren Peterson, William Rogers and Nicole O’Hara join the firm’s Health Care, Real Estate Tax Appeal and Intellectual Property practices, respectively.

Lauren Peterson is an Associate in Archer’s Health Care Law Practice Group. Lauren counsels health care industry clients in transactional and regulatory matters. She assists clients with formation of business entities, asset purchase agreements, employment agreements, and Board/governance issues. Lauren also advises clients on compliance and regulatory matters, including issues involving federal and state regulators, reimbursement issues, managed care contracts, payer issues and disputes, and cybersecurity/privacy laws. Lauren also handles state and federal administrative appeals related to enforcement and recovery actions, licensing and certification applications and advice, defending governmental allegations of health care fraud and abuse, and nursing home survey and certification issues. She earned her J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 2014 and her B.S. in Biology from Villanova University in 2011.

William T. Rogers, III is Of Counsel in Archer’s Real Estate Tax Appeal Practice Group. William has over 25 years of experience in local property tax, real estate tax appeal litigation, condemnation, and redevelopment. Experienced in all aspects of real estate tax appeal litigation, William currently represents private property owners at trial, motion practice and settlement in the prosecution and defense of property tax appeals, condemnation matters, municipal lien matters and other litigation, and has represented numerous government and public entities. He represents clients in a variety of industries and handles matters throughout New Jersey and New York. William is the Immediate Past President of the Garden State Bar Association and also currently serves as Chair of the General Practice Subcommittee of the New Jersey Supreme Court Committee on the Tax Court. William earned his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1992 and his B.A. from Rutgers University in 1986.

Nicole J. O’Hara is an Associate in Archer’s Intellectual Property Practice Group. Nicole assists clients in negotiating multi-party technology and IP transactions, including acquisitions and collaborations, service and subscription agreements, software and platform-as-a-service agreements, domain name registration, and monitoring and hosting agreements, and has prepared and negotiated agreements to memorialize deal terms. She has prosecuted patent, service and trademark applications with the USPTO, routinely advising on and resolving trademark, copyright and patent-related issues. Nicole also advises on compliance and best practices and works with clients to construct privacy, terms of service, and other online and website policies. Nicole is the Immediate Past Chair and Membership Director of the Intellectual Property Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. She earned her J.D. from Rutgers School of Law-Camden in 2010 and her B.S. in Biochemistry from Rutgers University in 2005.
