Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Partner Tori Guilfoyle has been selected to the American Bankruptcy Institute’s 2020 Class of 40 Under 40, which recognizes “emerging insolvency professionals who are committed to the highest standards of achievement at work and in their communities.” The honorees will be recognized at a virtual ceremony in February 2021.

The selection process to this year’s 40 Under 40 was highly competitive, with the American Bankruptcy Institute receiving more than 250 applications from a broad spectrum of professionals from across the entire insolvency community. Honorees were chosen from both large and small firms from every region of the country, and represent diverse practice areas such as law, finance, consulting, academia, government, and more. The goal of the 40 Under 40 program is not simply to create a one-time ceremony, but to fully engage those selected as future leaders in the insolvency profession.

In addition to her bankruptcy practice, Tori focuses her practice in corporate and commercial litigation matters. Active in the legal and bankruptcy industries, Tori is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, Delaware Bankruptcy American Inn of Court, Turnaround Management Association, and numerous bar associations.
