McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC welcomes three new associates to the firm: Jack Byrnes, Brian Honness and Christian Wolgemuth. All three were part of McNees’ summer associates’ program.
Jack Byrnes practices in the McNees Corporate & Tax Practice Group, focusing on commercial contracting, acquisitions and other general corporate matters. While earning his J.D. from Penn State Law, Jack served as Managing Editor of Student Works for the Penn State Journal of Law and International Affairs and worked part-time as a legal assistant for a multinational IT corporation.
Brian Honness practices in the McNees Estate Planning and Corporate & Tax Practice Groups. Brian earned his J.D. from Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law, where he was a member of Dickinson Law’s Moot Court program and a competitor in the Jeffrey G. Miller National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition.
Christian Wolgemuth practices in the McNees Litigation and Privacy & Data Security Practice Groups. Christian earned his J.D. from Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law. Before joining McNees and the legal industry, Christian had a successful career as a cybersecurity consultant for some of the world’s largest consulting firms. He takes pride in helping clients of all types overcome complex mixes of legal and technical challenges on their way to success.
